Once Upon A Time.....in a faraway village of Lowell, Wisconsin we opened a cozy diner "Cowbells". We poured out our hearts, soul and money into creating a place that served up my home-style cooking coupled with Eddie's " Entertainment". Then along came a villain, "COVID" and like many local businesses we had to close.

We relocated to the sunny town of Warrenton, North Carolina and traded blizzards for hurricanes. Eddie built raised gardens and a greenhouse. We dehydrated the abundance of herbs and vegetables which in turn were magically created into delicious seasoning blends. Our family shared samples with their co-workers who in turn became our first customers. We took a leap of faith and decided to sell at Farmer's Markets and now to YOU!........ And we all lived happily ever after.
